These Terms govern your use of quicksoft.shop and any purchase you make from Quicksoft. By placing an order you agree to these Terms. We are based in Romania (EU) and sell to customers worldwide, including the United States.
1. Products
We sell genuine software licenses (including QuickBooks® desktop products) sourced through authorised distribution channels and bulk-purchasing agreements. Products are delivered digitally — there is no physical shipment.
2. Eligibility & orders
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. An order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we send your license/confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order (with full refund) in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues.
3. Prices & payment
We sell to customers worldwide, including across the United States. Prices are shown on the product page in US Dollars (USD) and are payable in full at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe via a hosted invoice/checkout. We do not store your card details. You are responsible for any local taxes or duties that may apply in your jurisdiction.
4. Delivery
Your license key, official download link and installation guide are delivered by email, normally within minutes of successful payment. See our Delivery Policy.
5. Licence & acceptable use
Each license is for use in accordance with the software vendor’s own end-user license agreement (EULA). You agree not to resell, duplicate or misuse keys. Keys reported as misused, refunded or charged back may be deactivated.
6. Intellectual property
QuickBooks® and related marks are trademarks of Intuit Inc. Quicksoft is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, authorised representative of, or endorsed by Intuit Inc. All other content on this site is owned by Quicksoft.
7. Warranties & activation guarantee
We warrant that license keys are genuine and will activate as described. If a key does not activate, our team will resolve it or refund you under our Refund & Returns Policy. Except as stated, the software is provided by its vendor “as is”.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
9. Governing law & your local rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. This does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country or state of residence — for example, EU consumers keep their EU rights, and US consumers keep the protections of their state. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
