Refund Policy

We want you to buy with confidence. This policy explains when you can get a refund for digital license products purchased from Quicksoft. It applies to all customers worldwide, including the United States.

Money-back activation guarantee (all customers)

Every purchase is backed by our activation guarantee, wherever you are. If a license key is invalid, unusable, or fails to activate, contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@quicksoft.shop with your order details. We will either provide a working replacement key or issue a full refund.

EU/EEA customers: right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, for digital content delivered immediately (such as a license key), this right is lost once delivery/activation has begun, provided you gave prior express consent and acknowledged that you lose the withdrawal right. By completing checkout and requesting instant delivery, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge this. This does not affect the activation guarantee above or your rights if a product is faulty or not as described.

Customers outside the EU (including the United States)

If you are outside the EU, you are fully covered by the activation guarantee above and by the consumer-protection rights of your state or country. A working, activated key is a completed digital sale and is generally non-refundable, except as set out below.

When a refund is not available

  • The key has been successfully activated and is working as described.
  • The issue is caused by incompatible hardware/OS or failure to follow the installation guide (we will help you troubleshoot first).
  • “Change of mind” after a valid key has been issued.

How to request a refund

  1. Email contact@quicksoft.shop with your order number and a description (and screenshot, if any) of the problem.
  2. Our support team will respond within 1 business day and, where needed, help you activate the product.
  3. If we cannot resolve it, an approved refund is returned to your original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute — we resolve almost all issues quickly. Keys linked to fraudulent chargebacks may be deactivated.
